• A Japanese phone number is currently required.
• Only credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club) are accepted.
• Taxi availability may vary by location.
• In some areas, additional fees like GO app charges may apply alongside the fare and pick-up fee.
• Estimated taxi arrival times are subject to change based on traffic conditions.
• Taxi requests may be canceled due to traffic or other circumstances.
• Please ensure that the GPS and push notification functions are enabled on your device when using the GO app.
• If you are already registered with MOV or Takubell, you will not receive a new registration coupon when registering with GO.
• Coupons can only be used when paying with GO Pay.
• One coupon per ride can be applied to fare and pick-up fee discounts (not applicable to other fees).
